Everyone are so polite and spend the time to explain everything, and make sure you understand the treatment needed and that you are happy

The care patience and “can do” attitude of staff. Willingness to listen carefully to what we say plus the sense of being valued as an individual. The warm welcome by the nurse and dentist, intelligent interesting explanation of the condition of the teeth. We felt we were working with good humoured skilled human beings especially since we are in our eighties!

Annie on Reception was great on the phone, very understanding and caring, and helped sort an appointment quickly. Fantastic customer service. Mr Welch was great with our little one, put her at ease and quickly reviewed the tooth to ascertain there wasn't any problem, reassuring 2 worried parents. Mr Maxey is a fantastic dentist.

The reception team always seem happy and make you feel comfortable. My dentist also really cares about my dental requirements and will take time to explain things when that is important.

Dentist Dr Gulzae was fantastic. He listened to my concerns, spend more than an hour fixing my teeth and he was very polite and courteous. He explained all treatment options with pros and cons. Will definitely recommend him!

I didn't have to wait at all. Reception were really friendly. I was a couple of minutes late, as I got delayed on my journey from Yaxley and then couldn't find a parking space. I rang up, puffed out.

Excellent staff

I was seen early and Elaine and the nurse were friendly and relaxing throughout. I have been in the care of the practice for 30 years and wish that it wasn’t going private!
